Shipping Policies
Unless noted otherwise in the ordering process, Chi Rho Apparel ships all items within two days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.
We ship using UPS. To get a quote for your order, please add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Begin the checkout process by filling out your name and shipping address. Shipping quotes will be given on the next page. Your information is not stored until you have made a purchase.

The information collected during registration is used primarily to process and ship your order. Your account information is maintained privately on our secure web servers. Although we may occasionally email you regarding promotional offers, we will not share your information with 3rd parties and you have the option of opting out at any time.
Chi Rho requires this information be handled securely and responsibly. Chi Rho does not sell, share, or rent email addresses. Chi Rho does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 should have their parent fill out required registration or catalog information.
At Chi Rho we protect the integrity of our customers' credit card information. We use SSL 128-bit encryption technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

Apparel Return Policy
If the product you have received is defective or we ship you the wrong item we will gladly replace it. We will pay for shipping and handling (standard postal service). If you order the wrong size shirt we will replace it but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return. Please call in at 213-505-5221 or e-mail customerservice@chirhoapparel.com and request a return authorization number for your shirt that you would like to return. If you would like a different shirt or size please include a check for $5.00 and a note explaining what you would like it replaced with.
Chi Rho is required to collect sales tax in the amount of 8.25% on any purchases being shipped within the state of California.
If items are purchased and are being shipped out of California, no sales tax will be collected.
